Please note that all orders and sales are subject to the following terms and conditions. Use of or purchase from this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may vary from time to time

1. FFA Services Pty Ltd ACN 123133932 (FFA) does not make any claims with regard to the effect of the products and all product claims by the manufacturers are not the claims of  FFA nor does FFA offer any opinion with regard to the products and the claims by the manufacturers.

1A. No warranty is made as to the accuracy of any information provided nor does FFA warrant or claim that any information is intended to prevent any medical condition or ailment.

1B. Always seek medical advice prior to the use of any products or information used from this site.

2. FFA does not warrant that any or all of the products that it sells have approval of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). However it shall where possible endeavour to ascertain from the distributors that the goods do not breach any laws.

3. Property in the goods shall remain with  FFA or its respective suppliers until such goods have been paid. Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon the goods being shipped by FFA. Shipped means that  the goods are loaded onto the vehicles of a transport company, Australia Post or deposited for delivery at a third party depot by FFA.

4. All goods that are prepacked are shipped as received from suppliers and no warranty is made as to the contents, except where statutes apply, of the goods and the claims on the packaging by the manufacturer.

5. The customer agrees that any negligence with regard to the sale or use of the products by FFA will be limited to one hundred dollars australian (AUD100).

5A. The customer hereby indemnifies FFA for any loss sustained by purchase or by use of the goods that the customer purchases from FFA or loss by any other way, except as stated in paragraph 5 above and to the extent of the limit there stated.

6. Shipped goods that fail to reach their destination are not the responsibility of FFA but by the relevant shipper. Any claims as to goods not received but shipped by FFA are to be directed to the relevant shipper and FFA will work in conjunction with the customer to bring about a resolution.

7. Any reference above or below and anywhere on this site with regard to the application of these terms and conditions to FFA also applies to any of its servants, agents, employees  directors or representatives.

8. The customer shall assume all responsibility with regard to the purchase and use of products purchased from FFA and information used from this site and the customer agrees to indemnify FFA from any liability as to damages, direct or indirect, compensatory or otherwise including but not limited to consequential losses, extending to but not limited to loss of profit, damage to property, income loss and losses by third parties resulting from the use of this site or its products or services or as a result of using the products or any information from this site.

9. FFA does not warrant that use of this site will not result in any damage to data, equipment, hardware or any other device. FFA does not warrant that the site is virus free or that use will not result in the spreading of a virus or other software that causes damage or harm in any way to data, programmes, computers or persons that may or may not result in economic loss. The customer hereby acknowledges that any such loss mentioned in this paragraph is the full responsibility of the customer and that the customer indemnifies FFA for any third party loss caused by the customers use or that of the customer's representatives.

11. FFA does not claim that any of the goods, services or information on this site provide any therapeutic effect or benefit.

12. No information or products are to be used in conjunction with any diagnosis or treatment of any conditions and no diet will be undertaken using information or products from this site without medical advice.

13. The customer warrants that it will seek medical or professional advice with regard to any possible allergies that may be caused from use of the products on this site or any information use dietrary or otherwise.

14. FFA Services Pty Ltd does not guarantee Credit Card security as that nature of the world wide web is such that fraud may arise. As FFA uses third party providers for hosting and online credit card payments it cannot guarantee against the possibility of fraud. The customer he assumes full responsibility for any fraud or misuse in relation to the use of their credit card on this site and that any  loss  or losses directly or indirectly are soley borne by the customer and that FFA be indemnified for any loss caused to a third party by the use of such credit cards and any losses to the customer.
