An exhibition showcasing the history of Association football is going to take centre stage at Deakin University.
Running from June 6 to July 29 this year, the exhibition – named Goals and Glory – displays the rich resources of football as part of Deakin University’s Library collections.
The library says the collection will give people an insight “into the game, the people who play it, support it, watch it and where it fits into Australia’s story and yours”.
The exhibition is being held in the atrium in the Sally Walker building at Deakin University’s Waterfront Campus in Geelong and is free to attend.
It is open on weekdays between 10am and 4pm.
