Growing Football Fund
Following the success of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023TM we have launched the Growing Football Fund in partnership with CommBank to support the continued growth of women’s football right across Australia.
The community fund will focus on two primary pillars of coaching and participation, with the goal of attracting and retaining more women and girls in football.
Community Grants
To further support the growth and development for women and girls in football, Clubs and Associations can apply for a grant of up to $5,000 to go towards key initiatives for the 2024 season. These initiatives can include grassroots participation or development opportunities for coaches.
Coaches Hub
Coaching is essential for the development and success of women and girls in football. Accessible to all community clubs and associations, the Coaches Hub will provide;
- Technical resources and training to help upskill and support coaches;
- Networks to attract, retain, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities;
- Access to scholarships for coaching courses
