The Subway Joeys came away with a hard-fought win over Morocco in their second U-17 Antalya Youth Cup fixture on Monday afternoon.
Goals on either side of half-time from Aden Green and Mitchell Glasson saw Brad Maloney's side overcome their African opposition.
The opening goal arrived late in the 43rd minute, as a Xavier Smith corner deflected off the crossbar into the path of Green, who made no mistake heading home from close range.
Two minutes into the second half Australia doubled their lead from the penalty spot, after Namory Conde was brought down in the area and Mitchell Glasson emphatically dispatched the subsequent spot kick.
Morocco pulled one back late in the 73rd minute with an impressive curled strike, but Australia defended resolutely in the closing stages to ensure they came away with all three points.
The victory followed up Friday's 0-0 draw with Czechia to continue the Subway Joeys' unbeaten run at the tournament.
They next face Uzbekistan in the tournament's final fixture on Wednesday (11pm AEDT).
